Instrumental cable
Công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực tích hợp hệ thống, thiết kế lắp đặt và chuyển giao đưa vào sử dụng trong lĩnh vực chuyên nghành cơ khi hàng hải và khai thác dầu khí.
For optimal performance, these interconnection cables have to be reliable, robust and offer shielded protection, whether an overall screen or individually and collectively screened cable, to resist electromagnetic interference.
Our instrumentation cable products with flexible copper conductors comply with British and International Standards, including BS5308 instrumentation cables to British standards, French standard NF M87-202, European standard BS EN 50288-7, and US UL standard PLTC cablesamongst others. Our technical team also works with customers to develop screened cables designed and manufactured to meet their applications' specific requirements for industries including oil, gas & petrochemical, automation and process control, and marine & offshore.
INSTRUMENTATION CABLE PORTFOLIO
Some of the major national standards according to which we manufacture our instrumentation cables include:
British | BS5308 Part 1 and Part 2 Cables |
British / European | BS EN 50288-7 Cables |
French | NF M87-202 Cables |
North American | UL 13, UL 2250, UL 1277 cables |
The above covers a multitude of variants of instrumentation screened cables including collectively screened (CAM) and those individually screened and collectively screened (ICAM). These can be Polyethylene (PE), cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) or Silicone (Si) insulated. They also generally have a PVC outer sheath or low smoke zero halogen(LSZH) sheathing for areas where smoke and acid gas emission would cause a serious problem in a fire situation. Our cables, including BS5308 Part 2 instrumentation cables, are also available armoured with steel wire armour or steel tape, offering protection against mechanical stresses.
INSTRUMENTATION CABLE SELECTION
As a leading supplier of instrumentation cable and other screened cables designed for signal integrity, our technical engineers are there to assist with the cable selection process to help us supply an optimal solution for your specific application. Where cable sizing is quoted in the American Wire Gauge sizing, our AWG to MM2 conversion chart may also be of use.
